Indianapolis might very well be one of the most volatile sports city's in the world right now.  Yesterday, Actor Rob Lowe blew up the twitterverse by tweeting that his people had heard that Peyton Manning will be retiring soon.  It is known that Rob Lowe is friends with Jim Irsay and Peyton Manning so the news may not be all that crazy.  No one has been able to confirm the news officially.  More on the Colts
